This delicious and expressive field blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Bacchus has been created by Owen Elias, one of England’s finest wine-makers, to produce a unique terroir-driven wine. Bright and refreshing, it has hints of white currant, almond, hawthorn and gorse flowers on the nose and palate, with a lingering rose and herbal finish.
Serve lightly chilled – as an aperitif or with food.

Harvested by hand, 29th September and 15th October 2023.
